The building is approximately 400 metres from David Jones and the Fenix gym. The 24 hour Fitness Anytime gym is also directly downstairs. The Gold Coast City is expanding the public library which is located within 300 metres of the building. Certainly there is no shortage of options for staff who want to get out of the office during their lunch hour.

Parking and Public Transport

As the Gold Coast continues to grow, parking is at a premium. Our new tenancy enables us to have just under 40 basement car parks at a reasonable cost. Free parking on nearby land owned by the building landlord is also available. For staff who prefer to ride to work, the basement has an abundance of bike racks and separate male and female locker rooms with showers

Robina Train Station and bus terminal are virtually across the road which provides a cost effective option for staff who wish to leave the car at home.

After 17 years in the same building some of our set up was becoming a bit tired. Our new design includes smart board technology in all of our meeting rooms and several WiFi zones throughout the 2 floors.

Break Out Areas and Coffee

We understand accounting can be demanding and our staff need a place to chill out, relax and refocus. Our new location has a dedicated “Plaza” area on level 15 and “Hub” area on level 14. Each of the areas have been designed by the accounting staff and will be equipped with iPads.

Sometimes a good coffee is the best way to get you through an afternoon. Our coffee committee has trialled 3 of the leading commercial grade machines over the last month and selected their preferred option. A machine is located within the staff break out regions to allow staff to relax and enjoy their coffee.

Our firm has grown from our original 5 at inception to our current team of approximately 70. During our time at the Corporate Centre we have had 6 growth spurts in terms of taking on additional space which has limited our ability to modify inherited fit out etc. In the new location we had a blank canvas with a larger rectangular floor plate. This has enabled us to adopt industry leading best practice with extensive client meeting rooms equipped with smart board technology. With our full compliment of professional staff on one floor, our ability to service clients can only be improved.

Accessibility

We value client’s time. In recent years the Bundall Road traffic congestion has created some access issues for clients visiting our office. The new office is located just off the M1 facilitating easy access for clients coming from both the Southern and Northern ends of the Gold Coast. Once at the building, free podium and basement level 1 parking is available on a non-timed basis. For most clients, visiting our office will be a more convenient experience.
