We understand that in order to attract and retain quality staff, remuneration is important. Our approach to remuneration is very much a two way process with the starting point being our staff proposing their own salaries. Our commitment is to always reward our people at the higher end of market rates.

Remuneration components include:

  • Market based salary.
  • Statutory superannuation contributions.
  • Share in 10% of firm profits paid on a quarterly basis.
  • Income replacement insurance.
  • Additional superannuation contribution to fund life insurance cover.
  • Phone and travel allowances for all qualified staff.
  • Flexibility in packaging for qualified staff.
  • CA Program fees paid in advance.
  • ICAA membership fees paid.
